For power rectification in air conditioners and general-purpose inverters. Improved power factor active converter IC for single-phase AC power supplies incorporating a rectifier circuit for PAM control.
Features
- Integrates continuous current mode step-up active converter power devices, control ICs, and drive circuits in a single package.
- High-speed IGBT is used as the switching device in the output stage of the active converter
- Integrates the PFC control IC regulator that supports a wide range of inputs up to 50 V in the same package.
- Includes an extensive set of protection circuits, including overcurrent, overvoltage, and undervoltage protection, as well as a soft start function.
- Allows logic level on/off control.
- Built-in light-load correction circuit that minimizes output voltage increases in the no-load state
- Single-in-line package (SIP) full mold structure increases degree of freedom and improves mounting flexibility.
