Development Tools: ICE-B877300

ICE-B877300 is a tool that takes maximum advantage of the features of the visual operating environment provided by the Windows graphical user interface (GUI), including mouse manipulations, multi-window display, menus, and icons.

ICE-B877300 provides simple operations that conform to the Windows standards for user interface operation. In addition to debugging information being extremely easy to see due to the multi-window display, commonly used command groups are provided as buttons to allow basic debugging operations to be performed extremely easily. Additionally, ICE-B877300 also supports DOS-like flexibility by providing a command window to support keyboard-based operation as well.

Features

1) Window display that takes full advantage of GUI functions

The various debugging information, including code, registers, and memory, is displayed in separate windows. The window overall color scheme and font may be modified arbitrarily, and colors can be specified in detail depending on the information displayed. This visual display can increase debugging efficiency significantly.

2) One-click operation from the tool bar

Since the most commonly used commands are provided in advance as buttons on the tool bar, operation is quicker and easier. Buttons that are currently invalid due to the current state are displayed in gray so that the buttons that can be used can be identified at a glance.

3) Simple operation using double click and shortcut menu operations

Variables can be referenced and other content displayed simply by double clicking. Furthermore, right clicking an object displays a shortcut menu for quick access to functions. The content of the shortcut menus can also be selected, allowing commonly used functions to be added for quick access.

4) Support for source level debugging

ICE-B877300 supports source level debugging of C and assembler code. The IEEE-695 Object Module Format is supported as the file format for downloading.
