SANYO's flash EEPROM has succeeded in providing the advanced functions of two-transistor models with a single transistor (split gate structure). In addition, SANYO's proprietary circuit structures offer a range of features not found in other flash memory cell designs. The combination of this advanced flash EEPROM and SANYO's unique CPU cores enables these flash microcontrollers to support a wide range of user needs.

All memry areas are divides into small blocks of 128 or 2K bytes. - Flexible data rewriting

This memory is also available in SANYO data storage products. - Programming speed remains the same even after many write cycles
The split gate structure adopted in SANYO flash microcontrollers increases reliability. - Short programming times
The batch programming time for 1M bit of data is 5 to 10 seconds. - Single-voltage power supply operation for rewriting both programs and data
Programs can be easily rewritten, even in end products.
