Bi-CMOS IC 3ch LED Driver

This IC is a highly efficient LED driver that is housed in a miniature package.
I²C is incorporated to minimize the wiring of the LEDs used for decorative illumination.
Gradation control is possible with a single chip so that individual brightness control does not cause the lights to “blink on and off,” but to gradually turn on and off.
The new driver opens the door to a new world of illumination.

  • The LED current can be switched independently in 7-bit units (0.31 to 25.48mA).
  • Independent on/off control of the three LED drivers (independent control of the 3 RGB colors).
